Kamameshi is a traditional Japanese rice dish cooked in a Japanese iron pot with your choice of meat, seafood or vegetables. This dish is cooked at your table and takes approximately 25 minutes until it is ready. We recommend eating it immediately after it is cooked. Enjoy!
